Just make sure it has a good password that only you know. |

I am using XP Pro.
I do not remember the admin password. Is there some way I can reset that too? My current username has admin priviledges. |

Reboot to Safe Mode with your current account.
Go to User Accounts in Control Panel. Select Administrator. From there you can change the password. You can also select other users for deletion. Do NOT attempt to delete Administrator. -- Jupiter Jones [MVP] http://www3.telus.net/dandemar http://www.dts-l.org <google@inbox.com> wrote in message news:1139547706.938481.159060@z14g2000cwz.googlegroups.com... >I am using XP Pro. > I do not remember the admin password.
