Default outlook locks up when sending a meeting request? no error msg


I have a user that everytime she trys to create a meeting request, outlook
locks up. She gets no message or error. Please point me in the direction of
troubleshooting or a quick fix.

What happens if you restart Outlook or reboot the computer?
