ADO.NET 2.0 strongly typed datasets - how to override the connectionstring?

I am using strongly typed datasets in ADO.NET 2.0.
How can I override the connectionstring?

There are a number of ways in which a strongly typed dataset may be created
in 2.0. can you elaborate the exact steps you took?
