USB Scanner & Camera not Detected

Suddenly my Epson scanner & Canon camera no longer work on my system. I
tried installing new USB drivers for both, but XP Home won't detect
either device and they don't show up in Device Manager. A USB Corsair
Flash Drive IS detected & works fine, however.

Any ideas?

Try this: "How to Restore the Operating System to a Previous State in
Windows XP" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=306084). And also see
"General USB troubleshooting in Windows XP"

are they plugged into the pc or a hub?? have you tried pluging in each device
one by one with the pc turned on to see if anything is found??
