How to swap or transferring O/S from drive H: to drvie C:

Can i possibly tranfer my O/S and other program installed from my drive H:
to drive C:

Why did you post this question twice within 20 minutes?

Did you have a ZIP drive (internal or external) or and external hard disk
drive plugged in when installing?
That would cause that.

As for moving your install - not easily/reliably - nor with any confidence
what-so-ever actually.
If it is fresh enough - it would be easier (and better for you in the long
run) to disconnect all devices other than the hard drive you want to install
on and the CD drive and install Windows XP again before reconnecting all the
other items.
