Hi:
How do I reset windows 30 days grace period before I sysprep the machine? I usually get the message that the grace period will not be reset. Thank you Mario |

The grace period is normally reset when running sysprep -reseal
(unless using VLK media of course). After three resets, the activation timer is no longer reset. My recommendation is to always use scripted installations when creating a new or updated master image. If you don't want to reset the grace period for Windows Product Activation you can add the -activated switch. regards Johan Arwidmark Microsoft MVP - Setup/Deployment On Sat, 04 Feb 2006 20:11:25 -0500, Mario Martinez <marioone@gmail.com> wrote: >Hi: >How do I reset windows 30 days grace period before I sysprep the machine? >I usually get the message that the grace period will not be reset. >Thank you >Mario |

either check the EULA agreement or you probably can do it
in the command prompt. |
