Make boot into WinPe cmd from RIS as fast as possible

Hi,
I have an ordinary WInPE install in the RIServer. What i need is to
make boot into WinPe from RIS as fast as possible. The problem is that
it start thinking very
long while processing "Starting Networking".
Is it possbile to make some customization to WInPE?
