am trying to import a .wmv file into windows movie maker but an error keeps
popping up saying: ___.WMV IS NOT INDEXED AND CANNOT BE IMPORTED what does this mean? i can usually import video files fine... thanks in advance |

i done what you said but the file still wouldnt even save from windows media
file editor for it to be indexed |

Try using Windows Media Encoder instead of Windows File Editor.
