I use Pinnacle 80 Capture Device to capture analog video, using MM2. It
works well, except that I cannot hear the sound during capture even though the resulting clip is recorded with the audio on it. I do leave the Mute Speakers Box unchecked. When I use Pinnacle Studio 9 to capture a movie clip I do hear the sound. Since hearing the sound makes it easier for me to cue the movie I would like to be able to hear it during capture. Is there some way to configure it to do this or am I doing something wrong? Thanks. |

that's the way it works... you can only hear it on the playing device during
capture -- PapaJohn Movie Maker 2 and Photo Story 3 website - http://www.papajohn.org MM2 Tips and Tricks: http://www.simplydv.co.uk/simplyBB/viewtopic.php?t=4693 Online Newsletters: http://www.windowsmoviemakers.net/PapaJohn/Index.aspx "Breadstick" <Breadstick@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:53DB38E2-E628-4383-89B1-E69239E6503E@microsoft.com... >I use Pinnacle 80 Capture Device to capture analog video, using MM2. Thanks for your prompt reply. I appreciate the fact that you always seem to
understand my questions. You were certainly right when you gave me a "Go" on Pinnacle in the first place. Having read so much about problems and buying the Dazzle 80 fully expecting
them... but not having any... I'm always leery about passing on the recommendation, but most find what you do. Maybe there are so many people expecting to hear the audio from the computer during capture that point to the device as the issue?? there's no way of knowing... thanks for the comment. -- PapaJohn Movie Maker 2 and Photo Story 3 website - http://www.papajohn.org MM2 Tips and Tricks: http://www.simplydv.co.uk/simplyBB/viewtopic.php?t=4693 Online Newsletters: http://www.windowsmoviemakers.net/PapaJohn/Index.aspx "Breadstick" <Breadstick@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:9A7C468F-2398-42B1-B888-F5313BF57D54@microsoft.com... > Thanks for your prompt reply.
