I have a Compaq Presario (model S4300NX) with Windows XP and have downloaded
SP2. I have MS AntiSpyware Update, SpyBot, AVG Free Edition, Norton AntiVirus Auto-Protect and Norton Personal Firewall. I have automatic updates scheduled and automatically scan as frequently as each app allows and STILL have: "Invalid Backweb application id 1940576" as well as "RUNDLL Error loading DOCEOC16B1 The specified module could not be found" Can someone help this neophyte? |
