MSconfig utility

Default MSconfig utility


I am having trouble opening the msconfig utility I just added a larger hard
drive and transfered all of the data form a smaller one to it and it seems
that the mscobfig is not there how can i get it on to the new hard drive
note i do not have a windows xp disc

Start/Search/select the search target as "All Files and Folders"/Type
"msconfig.exe" [minus the quotation markers]/select your "Windows" drive as
the one to search (if you have more than one)/select "More Advanced Options"
and place a check mark in the first three options/the search should find
several in various places/the one you want is located at
C:\WINDOWS\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\msconfig.exe (note; if C is not the
drive where your operating system is located, change the preceding to the
correct entry.
