saving finished movie

After I finish my sillly movies, how do I save them so as to play them back
on Windows Media Player?
I sent myself a movie and it opened up with the Movie maker program.

Clicking the SAVE icon only saves the project (the MSWMM file) and that's
why it will only open in Movie Maker. You can save a playable video file to
your harddrive in one of three ways:
1) Click "Save to My Computer"
2) Click File -> Save Movie File
3) Press CTRL+P
