Mobile 5.0 Running CF 1.0 App

Hi All,

I have a CF 1.0 Application developed using Visual Studio 2003.
My application provides the ability to change culture which worked fine in
PPC 2003SE but no longer works in Mobile 5.0.
We get a generic exception (something about CompareInfo...) when we try to
create an instance of the ResourceManager class.
If we have an English PDA and dont change the culture it is fine.
If we then install CE Star on the PDA and run english, it fails. Chinese
Fails.

Any idea about this? Is it because we are using VS 2003?
