Default user privacy. cannot access mt own file on my own computer.

Hi,
I am using the professional edition. Right after I changed my password last
time, the windows asked me if I wanted to set my folder-privacy so that other
users can't access my files. I clicked yes. Everything was normal except the
file has green color..... ... In December, I format the windows drive(C:\)
<I have 2 partitions, C: and D:> and reinstall windows. Since then, I haven't
been able to access the green files on the D:\ any more.

I have tried to log on as administrator. I also created the same username
and password and logged on. None of them worked.

I am the only one who use the comp. I didn't know why i set it to private in
the frist place.

Thank you in advance,

J
