windows xp home

i have a error that shows on 1 user account every time i log on.
( cannot find "E" set up instructions) . if i close it a similar error
appears, if i close it all is well. no other issues at all.
My problem is, i can't find a way to cure this issue. The only way i
could think of without using back up disc's, delete and add new account is to
duplicate it and delete the old account. Is there any thing i can do to fix
problem of ERROR or does anyone know how to duplicate the account.
