when I try to schedule a task, it does not start. I get the message:
general page initialization failed the specific error is 0x80090016: keyset does not exist. thanks |

Even though this applies to Windows 2000 Server it works on XP. In my case, Step 6 resolved the problem and I didn't even have to go to Safe Mode although you will have be logged on as an adminstrator.
