Favorites no longer exists in Outlook.

Excuse me for crashing this thread, but every time I try to post as a new
message I get a Javascript error message, and I can only deal with one problem at a time! Anyway, I haven't lost ALL my favourites - just one folder; I have everything neatly sorted into folders, including one called 'technology' (which is where I will store this site now that I've found it), but three times over the past few months, my 'technology' folder has vanished. This never happens with any of the other folders, always the same one - any ideas please on why it's happening?
