TCP/IP network transport is not installed

After I used MS antispyware to delete the following, I lost my internet
connection. how fo fix? thanks.

c:\windows\newdotnet3_36.dll

Infected registry keys/values detected
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\uninstall\new.net
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\new.net

Simply go to run,type:cmd In cmd type:netsh Winsock reset
Then type:EXIT Restart computer.
