2 questions; unable 2 select words & get hotmail

Hi,

I have 2 questions at once;-)

1

All of a sudden I can't select sentences/words letters from any emails in
Outlook.
Right mouse button lets me select everything, but holdbutton and select
something don't work no more.
Can't find any others with this problem, or settings where I can change this.

Trying to make outlook on my mom's new PC import hotmail.
Outlook sais it doesn't support this funtionality anymore.
My outlook can for sure!
Does this have anything to do with the fact the Mom-PC has WAN instead of
LAN? -everything else works regarding internet-.

Any suggestions very mucho appreciated!!!

Microsoft allows access via Outlook to Hotmail Plus and Hotmail Premium
accounts. In some cases, for long-standing free Hotmail accounts (like
mine, for example), they still allow Outlook access. However, for most free
Hotmail accounts, there is no Outlook access.
