Default Using CMW - %Username%

When using CMW (Screen 9-18), can we use %Username% in the 'Value Data field?
This would be part of the Windows Messaging Subsystems hive.

CMW (Custom Maintenance Wizard) I believe is used to provide customization to
Outlook 2003 in this particular case. There is the ability to add/remove
regsitry settings for Outlook messaging in particular.
