Default Distributionlists from OL 2000 don't work in OL 2003

After I upgradet from OL 2K to OL 2003 I imported the .pst file and
everything seemed to have worked properly. The distributionlists are present
but empty!
Does anyone has an idea what I can do now?
Thanks!

Importing is never the correct way to transfer Outlook data. DL's are among
the data you lose when you do.
Do you backup your data?

Thank you for your answer, yes I do backups.
Am I right that you don't mean .pst backups?

He means exactly PST backups. Do you have your original PST, the one from
which you imported? If so, in Outlook click FiIle>Open>Outlook Data File,
browse to that PST, select it, and click OK. You'll now have access to all
the data it contains, including the DLs. Drag-and-drop them to the Contacts
folder. Never import a PST.
