I'm switching from Outlook Xprs on old computer to Outlook on WinXP. I
copied my OE storage files (dbx type) as directed by Microsoft into a folder now in the XP machine. When I try to import the files from the folder I get "Mail Folder could not be opened..." Folder shows a green dot in "read only" which always returns. Any ideas? -- cnySteve |

You can't import DBX files directly into Outlook. You must first import them into Outlook Express on the new machine and then export the messages to Outlook using Outlook Express. -- Brian Tillman |
