Outlook 2003 on Tablet PC and Inking functionality

Is there an add-on to Outlook 2003 on the Tablet PC to enble the Inking
functionality? I thought I'd seen folks use the stylist within Outlook.

Oh. Does the Tablet PC do your hair now? And here I thought it only had a
stylus.
