Default WMP won't show video file

Hi, I am trying to burn video file and WMP will only give sound, no picture.
It will play mpeg. How do I get picture, do I have to convert it? If this
is so, how! I am VERY new to this but at least I try! Thanks

Does the file play properly from your HDD?
What medium are you burning it to?
How are you burning it?

WMP doesn't burn video files to discs, if that's what you're trying to do.
You would need to use a dedicated burning program such as Nero for that...
