Hi Holan:
Thanks for reply. We have a ACPI device and this device will generate hardware singal to another micro control chip. Then this micro-control chip will inform BIOS, and BIOS will generate ACPI event to ACPI driver. So, we need a ACPI driver to catpture this event and do something.
