Default PDF on Frontpage HELP QUICK!

ok. so basically heres the deal. im in FP and im importing a pdf file (pdf
file came from converting a publisher file with adobe distiller), after i
import it and link it up to a page i publish it, then i go to the page click
on the link and get a blank page, yet i can download the whole file when
"saving target as". i tried a random pdf file and it worked, i want it to
open up in ie6, is there a limit on how big the file is??
