frontpage will not run on my machine unless i delete first webbot

my form won't run unless i change action="--WEBOT-SELF--" to my htm or asp
name and i have to delete the first <!--webbot lines that are generated then
everything works fine or it seems that way. is this okay does it hurt
anything it seems to run fine after that.

FP forms require server running the FP SE and .htm extensions
- any other form actions (like to/from an .asp page ) also require a server running locally
