Default AdvPack.log file exceeds 1 gigabyte

Not sure how to fix this but my AdvPack.log file now exceeds 1 gigabyte and
is reducing the space on my C drive. The log file is only accessible through
Excel because it is too large to open in a text editor but when I view the
log that is visible, I see that Advpack.dll is loaded and unloaded every
second. This seemed to start on July 30, 2005. Any ideas to help me resolve
this?

Default Advpack,log

Download Process Monitor from this site to find what is writing to the file. I found my HP Photosmart printer monitor was writing to the file every second. I stopped the monitor with msconfig/startup. Fixed the problem.

Good luck
