Default simple fba Qs

Current situation:
XPe image is copied to a NTFS parition and booted up with system clone
tool. I then make my modifications, turn on EWF, and reseal. Next i
copy that image to a FAT pariation and boot it up. Obviously FBA will
run on first boot. My question is how exactly can i have FBA convert
the FAT parititon to an NTFS one??? i.e. run command: Convert c:
/fs:ntfs

I have included all the necessary tools, such as 'FAT to NTFS
conversion'. I assume that i need to create a component that will have
FBA run the command before reboot.

Questions:
+ How do i have FBA convert FAT parition to NTFS?

+ Is it ok that EWF was proctecting a FAT partition that is now an
NTFS? I would assume so but would like to make sure.

Thanks Again

Not sure what to add here since you answered the questions by yourself.

You definitely can use convert.exe utility to automate the FS conversion. Just dont' convert the FS with EWF enabled.
you can launch the command as FBA generic command at phase after the cloning. or you can set up a self-cleaning startup item (if
Explorer Shell used) or RunOnce command.

EWF doesn't care about the FS. It is a filter driver to the disk driver. Also, hopefully during FBA you will not have EWF enabled so
it doesn't really matter for EWF if you switches to another FS.
