2 Problems

1. I have an exe application error, ive got every file suggested to get
to fix, BUT theres no merge option, what do I do? and i cant create the
file as I cannot access my control panel my computer etc., What else can
i try?
and when its suggested to do the cut and paste, how do I do that?

2. I want to reformat my computer, I have the disk but my computer wont
boot from it, is there anything I should do? Ive tryed to install it but
nothing happens, could this be related to the exe failure?


What shall I do???

One question answered only.

You make it very difficult as you supply no information.
Why don't you stick to the original thread?

What files did you get? Not all files have a Merge option, usually
only .reg files.
Did you get this one?

(download, right-click, select Install)

Rick gave you very clear instructions on how to create the .reg file.
Create it in Notepad. Can't you open that?
You copy or cut from the details Rick supplied.
You then paste into Notepad and create a file.
