You need to select "clear history" in the general page of tools/internet

Clearing AutoComplete
How do you completely clear web addresses from the address bar? I have
already gone through the whole : TOOLS/Internet Options/Autocomplete progression and no matter what, there are still a few web addresses that won't flush out of the system. Please help |
