Hi,
I was wondering how I find out using WinXP what graphics card i have in my laptop. I had a look around in the systems control panel option and couldn't find much (or at least i didn't think i could) so I was wondering how I can find this out. -- cheers |

Visit the support web site of the manufacturer of your laptop
and search for the specs pertaining to your specific model laptop hardware configuration. -- Carey Frisch Microsoft MVP Windows - Shell/User Microsoft Community Newsgroups news://msnews.microsoft.com/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "MR EDDD" wrote: | Hi, | I was wondering how I find out using WinXP what graphics card i have in my | laptop. MR EDDD,
In Control Panel and System my graphics card is listed under Display adapters. If you need to know more about the card you can then go to the vendor site. With XP Pro it is here: Control Panel|System|Hardware|Device Manager, but I think it is the same in XP Home.
