Why is this and How can i get round this?? > You should open a blank instance of a data item using the form, then click Tools -> Forms -> design this form. After you make your changes, use Publish As and use a name that includes the version number--MyForm_Ver002. That way you will avoid the form cache problems and see the new form elements when you open a data item with the new name. Go to the following page and read the section on how to convert the data items that use the old name to using the new name. How to make a new Microsoft Outlook form the default for a folder (or the overall default) and convert existing items http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm Hollis D.
