Susan, I'm feeling brave, and reckon that I have the bandwidth to handle
email requests for the ISO. With your permission, I'd like to post the
email address for it. It is not my usual email address.

That's fine Mark. Thanks for letting me "borrow" the download link and
send it to volunteer burners. Turning it back over to you now. When I
revise the CD's web page I'll add an email forwarder that goes to your
"email request" address (per our off-list discussion).
