Would imagine that the Dell printer is a Lexmark clone, obviously it'
being told the tanks are empty which means that the tanks must b
chipped, if this is the case you will have to reset the chip with
ink resetter, I never knew that Dell or Lexmark used this principle

Maybe you will say what model of the 'All in one' is
