How can i get rid of Avenue Media ,,xoftspy and micro wont take it away

Have you tried running any Anti-Spyware applications so far?

try the following
Spybot S&D Adaware SE CCleaner MS antispyware and this online scan http://www.trendmicro.com/spyware-scan/

Try Ad-aware, Spybot S&D, Ewido and Microsoft AntiSpyware - then install SpywareBlaster to help stop getting it in the first place.
They are all free to use or trial....  Edit: might have known you'd get there first Me!!
