Edit Boot.ini file and set a zero timeout.

How to edit the Boot.ini file in Windows XP

If you would like to be shown the dual boot menu again in the future, edit Boot.ini and set the default timeout: 30.

Or Winkey+Break, Advanced, Startup and recovery Settings and adjust it
there.
