Thumbs up BT Yahoo Anti-spy problem

Hi - I am a newbee.

I wonder if anyone can help me. I have BT Yahoo Anti-Spy on my PC. When I try to open it to do a scan it comes up with an Error: PPCTL.DLL
Does anyone know what this is and how I can fix it please.

Cheers
Liz

Hi Doris.

I think ya might have Trojan Downloader.
It was probably on your PC before installin Yahoo Antispy. conflicts.

Do ya have Ewido anti-trojan scanner free for pesonal use. Alot of use here are using it.

Ya should send us a HiJack This Log file I think ya just copy and paste it.

HiJackThis is a safe program no intstall. It shows all running processes in detail.
