A member of our IT team posted new forms to the Organizational Form
Library and only certain individuals see the latest forms. Some individuals only see the incorrect/old form while others see the correct version. We have cleared the form cache to no luck. One thing I know is that the form was created in Outlook 2003 and some of the users trying to access the forms have Outlook 2000. Could this be the issue? Since some of the user community still have Office 2000, should all new forms be created in 2000 enviroment vs. 2003? Thanks Admin Stooge |

Try clearing the forms cache on the affected users and make sure you always increment the version number on updated forms before you publish them.

On the (Properties) page of the form, in design mode.

According to the individual that created the latest forms....this step
was done and certain users were still unable to view the new forms. I also tried the following steps: I added the user's profile to my machine and used that profile to open an form and it was the correct form. I then added the individual users to the eforms lib in exchange as an owner and had the user try opening the form on their own machine. And wouldn't you know.....the user is still unable to view the correct form!!! |

What step are you referring to? (It helps to quote enough of previous messages for the current message to make sense on its own.)

What you do on your own machine is good for troubleshooting, but it's what you do to the user's machine that will probably solve the problem. Have you cleared their forms cache?
And please include information from earlier messages in this discussion so we don't have to go chasing them down again to figure out what the original problem was. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Admin Stooge" <bcleary79@gmail.com> wrote in message news:1135177173.319349.40660@o13g2000cwo.googlegroups.com... >I added the user's profile to my machine and used that profile to open > an form and it was the correct form.
