The FP forms on my website have stopped sending me emails when submitted.
They have been working for more than a year. All six of them on my site have stopped working. I uninstalled and then re-installed FP extenstions on my server but that did not fix the problem. The data is being properly sent to a CSV form, as it always has, but I get no emails. I tried setting up a new form on one page and even that one does not send me emails. The email address, with my same domain, is properly set up in the form properties. |

Contact your host and have them check the SMTP settings

PROBLEM SOLVED. I contacted my hosting company (iPowerweb) and they sent
this response: The frontpage extensions were missing a configuration that would allow them to send out mail. I have made the neccessary changes and now you will have to go through the following steps to complete the fix: 1) Open Frontpage 2) Go to File -> Open Web 3) Connect to http://domain.com 4) Go to Folder view and find the files with your forms 5) Open the page and verify that the Form Properties are correct 6) Click Tools -> Recalculate Hyperlinks... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Stefan B Rusynko" wrote: > Contact your host and have them check the SMTP settings > > -- > > _____________________________________________ > SBR @ ENJOY (-: [ Microsoft MVP - FrontPage ] > "Warning - Using the F1 Key will not break anything!"
