Default Form submits with error outside of FP but without error inside FP

Outside
If I'm keying my web site's address into the browser, complete the form
located on the web site and submit it; I get the FrontPage error to report
details to this site's webmaster and to see the server's system log for more
details.

Inside
When I have FrontPage open in the Remote Web Site View, and click on the
View your Remote Web site hyperlink in the lower left corner, my site opens.
I complete the form and submit it without error and receive a confirmation.

What is going on? What do I need to do?

Thanks for any assistance.

Verify the urls are the same in the address bar
- some host don't set up the server to recognize www vs no www in the url

The addresses did turn out to be different. I don't think I would have ever
caught that one.

What do I do from here, though? The address within FrontPage, which allows
my form to submit without error, is the address that lacks the www prefix,
which is what I need also ( I guess). Do I simply open Remote Web Site
Properties, and in the Remote Web Site Location text box, type in a new web
address with the www prefix?

Thanks Again.

Contact you host or DNS service to fix it to use either
