make "Reminder" action same as "Reply,Forward"

it's necessary to have an action same as 'Replay" Or "Forward" or .... to
send an Reminder E-Mail for any not answered E-mail quickly, with subject
same as "Reminder: {old mail subject}" and short new sentences for reminding,
plus old message in main body of mail same as forward or reply.
