Minidump error and error 718 or 734 VPN DSL connection

Hi

I have a Win XP Pro, I have been using well my broadband
dsl connection (VPN) without any problem.

Since monday,at first I could not make any connection or
received those error 734,651,718.All those error are
related either to the Modem ( I have an ISDN modem for
the DSL connection ) or related to the settings of
dialup connection.I am using NIC's to dial my isp.

I have noticed every time I restart windows there is the
report saying Windows has recoved from a serious error

Minidump1014 and also WER.

Spent times with ISP and on their part it seems there is
no problem.I am able to connect but cannot surf on the
net the page cannot be displayed.Used with system restore
of WIn xp.Removed windows components in the Add/remove
programs.Reinstall the services of WinXp.Changed
Nic,changed computer,reseted the modem.

I have no firewall and also no antivirus installed on the
new installation XP
