Mihov NSIS Helper - version 3.3 released

Hi all!

I'm happy to tell you that I have released a new version of Mihov NSIS
Helper, a graphical interface to a great NSIS installer. Major changes
include options to add shortcuts to desktop and quicklaunch toolbar.
This new version works perfectly with NSIS version 2.10.
