Window size changed

Help!.....All my windows come up "small"...Used to be "normal" size.....Tried
the "maximizing-then close" recommended method (even "stretched" the
page)..still didn't work!

Have you tried holding down the "Ctrl" key
while stretching a window to the size you want?
