Movie Maker Error Message on Start-up

As soon as I start Movie Maker, it gives an error message and then says it
needs to shut down. I have uninstalled SP2 and reinstalled with no
improvement. I can't find a stand-alone installer for Movie Maker 2. I may
have uninstalled some shared components when I uninstalled another Video
Editing software trial version. Please help, thanks.

I have a link to a downloadable package for MM2.0 on the Setup > MM2.0 page
of my site.
