Secondary Inbox -play a sound/timer to unread messages

I'm looking to not only monitor a secondary Inbox but to have a popup
when messages have been unread too long. I want a sound to play upon
arrival of new messages. And, I want a popup to display after messages
have been unread for 5 minutes. Looking over the code snippets already
available I'm not able to write this myself. Please HELP!

- To monitor another mailbox, add an additional one to your profile if you
are using Exchange, or add another account if you are not
- There's an setting in Options (Preferences tab, E-mail Options -> Advanced
E-mail Options... to turn on sound notifications for received e-mails.
- You can also create rules to play specific sound files

As for notification pop-ups regarding unread messages, I would have to
inquire as to how this could possibly be of any value. Unread messages are
in bold and folder lists already indicate the number of unread messages for
each folder. There's also the notification icon in the system tray when
there is unread messages. Furthermore, you can also make a Search Folder (in
2003) that just shows unread messages from all folders.

Sure, you could code this, but the effort is not worth it when you can
simply create a recurring task to check your unread mail.
