Default case fan noise

If i move my side case fan to the back of the tower under the psu would it make it a bite more quieter? and is safe to do this thanks.

It is safe ... but I don't know about it being quieter ... simple solution, get a quieter fan anyway.

Most 'case fans' that are already installed are usually of the cheap variety ... look for ones that have proper bearings in them and they'll last a little longer.

also... if it is one of those better fans and still makes noise they also sell noise dampners. It basically just a gasket that goes between fan and case. I have no idea how well they work, never tried them myself. It was just a thought.

Get SilenX 11db fans, silent yet still push 1200 cfm
