AVG Customer Service

Hi All,

I was interested in getting the File Server version of AVG for a couple
of Windows 2000 servers I've got at home. I decided to use the trial
version for a while to see how things went. I tried to install it but
it wouldn't. I got the following error:

Local machine: installation failed
Installation:
Error: Action failed for file avgupsvc.exe: starting
service....
The service did not respond to the start or control request
in a timely fashion. (1053)

I've contacted their customer service and have gotten zero responses
thus far. Is it just me or is a response asking too much these days?
Is this an indication of the kind of company Grisoft really is?
