I am getting unwanted popups.

server giving full access to the restricted area! The cost
of the service is simply the cost of international phone
call. NOW CLICK ON "YES" and enjoy our Value Added
CONTENTS!" signed on an unknown date and distributed by:

R.S. RomanService di Ionel Sabadac"

I have run a number of anti virus and popup remover programs. Nothing seems to work.

I have tried
Microsoft AntiSpyware
F-Prot
MalwareSweeper
Spyware Doctor
PopUp Stopper
Norton AV 2005
Ccleaner

Can someone advise me how to get rid of this?

Have you tried EWIDO? (www.ewido.net).

It's got a free trial period and offers protection for rogue diallers. Some of the guys on here recommended it a while ago, and it's easy to use.
